Name: whitekit / whitepaw / whitethroat Gender: male Age: 15 moons Rank: warrior Allegiance: windclan Quick Description: brown tabby tom with a white chest.
Appearance: a beautiful brown tabby cat with a white chest which will eventually earn him his warrior name. his appearance is an odd jumble of his parents, with the brown tabby coat and the white markings that can link him back to his origins. he has a slim frame and long legs with a body that often looks slightly elongated, his striped markings making him look like a small brown tiger from the side but from the front view you'll see his thin frame that makes his look frail an weak in leafbare when food is scarce.
his fur is long and smooth, it flows neatly over well toned muscles with a few strands of hair sticking out unfairly. this cat takes great pride in his beauty, he cares greatly for his own body and especially prey. 'my body is a temple!' a common phrase spoken by whitethroat as he grows up when his clan mates bother him about the amount of time he spends on his own pelt - let me assure you, he'll spend a lot of time on his own pelt.
his pelt is almost like that of a zebra, is he brown with white stripes or white with brown stripes? while his chest and throat are painted snow white along with his muzzle and underbelly, with stripes scattered along his body as though someone violently shook a paint brush covered in white. the majority of his body is a dark brown with slightly darker stripes that move consistently along his body unlike the white lines spotted on his rump and side. his four paws are tipped snow white like his tail, perfectly clean and pure like a cloud after the rain; beautiful and untainted by weather from his constant cleaning.
whitethroat has the sweetest pink nose, the widest eyes that look innocent at all times. they're a striking green with amber fleck along the pupil and a dark green outline on the edge of his iris; nothing special, but the colour is pigmented and eye catching when you first meet him. his ears a long and round that look soft to the touch, he has long strands of curled white hairs peeking out of his ears that add to his innocent look; he seems to have this permanent baby face.
Personality: whitethroat is ambitious, flirtatious, dishonest, distrusting, extroverted, nonobservant, illogical, courageous and loyal and best of all; a hopeless romantic. he's not your everyday windclan cat who loves to run with the wind behind his back after a rabbit across the moor lands, in fact, whitethroat like stimulation as a warrior and finds his mind to be worked best in battle when strategy and caution is required for the perfect strike. his ambition is his main drive and always has been, while his dishonesty is his biggest downfall and ruins his great plans for the future.
whitethroat is ambitious; like most cats, from the moment he was kitted he wanted his name to be remembered as whitethroat the warrior who died in battle, whitestar the powerful leader of windclan, whitethroat the fearless windclan deputy. you name it, he wanted it. his ambition is his main drive and will push him forward in his training in leaps and bounds as he tries to become the best of the best. his ambition is not the kind in which he would lie and cheat to achieve what he wants, he may be dishonest but he's no rat that will betray and lurk in the shadows waiting to attack. whitethroat intends to earn his power, to earn the respect of others. although his ambition is more of a positive trait in the tabby cat, it brings out his competitive side that tells him he must win to be worthy; when in reality he can't always win. he's a sore loser and tends to lose his way for a short time after a big loss, for example; failure in battle as an apprentice will bring him great disappointment and anger in himself - most definitely a negative effect on the tom cat.
this handsome tom is of course, the most flirtatious cat you'll ever meet. he's the kind to drop anothers suffix and speak in smooth, dolcet tones in his attempt to serenade every cat he meets; male or female, anything that moves. his flirtatious nature ties in with the idea of having a family, something whitethroat longs for. although he shows bisexual tendencies, he wants to meet a female she-cat who will take his heart and mind as her own and build a family with her; but fate may have a different idea in store for the handsome cat. whitethroat wants a family - yes, but that doesn't mean he'll be good at it. whitethroat is irresponsible and illogical, this does not meld well with fatherhood, he'll be awkward, messy and over all a tall kit looking after more kits.
whitethroat isn't all positivity and love, this cat is dishonest. lying is almost a second nature for whitethroat, and he's convincing too. you would wondering how one could manage to create a web of lies to live in and still manage to maintain the belief, somehow whitethroat manages it; it's difficult to catch him in his web, but if you look closely you'll find his errors. this seems to tie in with his inability to trust others, or to be trusted by others. he loves meeting new cats, to flirt with the confidence of the best cat in the forest but it takes many moons of friendship to earn his trust and honesty; he's only trusted by his clan for his loyalty but his word can not be trusted at all times which is unhelpful when he is the lone witness to an event that needs to be retold.
he is loyal, courageous and extroverted; these traits give him his cocky attitude that he earned through many moons of training. he know his skills, he knows where he belongs and he knows how to control a crowds focus. he is in his element during a gathering where he can boast about his skills and flirt with the cats of other clans and charm the high ranks that past by him with looks of displeasure at his bold tongue. his courage and loyalty to windclan allow him to happily leave the clan with the idea of 'if i risk my life for another warrior, or for my clan, i'll die happy.'. he wants nothing more from his clan than to serve and protect with all of skills he worked so hard to hone.
whitethroat is a bit blind, or perhaps dense or unobservant is a better way to put it. if another is dissatisfied with him they have to approach him and directly say 'hey, i'm not happy with you,' for him to actually realise he's not loved by all. even in battle whitethroat seems to be a bit blind to his surroundings and all though he adores to plan each attack as though he was animating a dance with another cat; he spends so much time thinking that he forgets to look around and remember to use his land to his advantage. he's oblivious to anothers love, if a cat has found them falling for whitethroat, he won't notice; it's nothing personal, he's just an oblivious fur-ball who's too busy looking at his on reflection before showing empathy to the sad or giving attention to those who want it from him.
