Gingerstep
The stars were up in the sky, the moon slowly rising. Gingerstep wasn't asleep yet, or planning to. She wasn't also planning on tackling the fresh-kill pile yet. There was one more rabbit to be caught. She had promised herself to catch at least five or so of those white fluffy mammals--at least before green-leaf ends--daily. It was a pretty stupid idea, and probably will be to other cats when they hear of it, but Gingerstep liked sticking with plans. That was two rabbits for herself, and three for the clan. And it was absolutely a secret. Nobody knew what challenges she sets herself in. After all, she would absolutely prefer a nice warm freshly killed rabbit then the ones in the fresh kill. Anyways, she already gave the three rabbits she caught that day to the clan. The fourth was breakfast.
She had had a busy day. It was a day full of hunting and training with Tigerpaw and some more hunting with Tigerpaw. Enough to make a normal cat have an early bed time sleep. But Gingerstep was having none of that yet. She was tired, sure enough, and sometimes tiredness can lead to crankiness. She probably could explode if a cat happens to cross her when she gets back to camp, but right now she just wants her dinner. Sure enough, she caught a whiff of rabbit. She felt her mouth water, as she started to stalk towards it. She was going to catch it, soon enough.
It was easy really. The rabbit never saw her or scented her. She purred with satisfaction as she proudly sank her teeth to her rabbit. It was a perfect day to end the day. She deserved this. She did!

Notes: I basically wanted this to be a thread of: "Gingerstep, you might need to fix your attitude a little bit, because nobody wants a deputy with a short temper." But the interactions between Gingerstep and Littleflame would be worthwhile.
