Short Description: A lithe ginger she-cat with grey eyes.
Appearance: Gingerstep is smaller than an average cat and is smaller than most cats in her clan, making her sometimes mistaken for a senior apprentice much to her irritation. As a Windclan cat, she's lightweight and lean, having a long tail that enables her great balance while running. She also has a flexible spine and tough shoulder joints, formed through many generations of Windclan. She also has strong legs that are slightly muscled, due to her many moons of running through the moors. Her body frame allows her of running long distances without getting short of breath and sudden speed bursts.
She's a pale ginger tabby cat, with different shades throughout her body. Her fur color lean towards different shades of tan on her belly and blends towards her tip of the tail rather then ginger. This also includes her tabby markings which starts to fade around the belly. Her eyes are dull green, making it look like a shade of green-grey. Her nose is pale pink, matching in with the colors of her paw pads.
Personality:Gingerstep is extremely ambitious. Throughout her kit years and apprenticeship, her only wish was to be a deputy and then eventually a leader of Windclan. She is self righteous--believing in her ideas--and very temperamental, her tempers going in bursts when things go not like she expects it. She's firm towards all the younger cats and apprentices in the clan and slightly sharp tongued. Her jealousy can also be a problem. Although she hides it well, she often contains pangs of jealousy towards the senior cats with a higher chance of being a deputy then her, and cats with better ideas in tough situations.
But aside from the storm, she's hardworking.Everything she does is to the best of her ability, and most of her individual decisions are based on how it would eventually affect the clan.Her decisions are made with confidence, and her ideas creative--out of the box. She's the type of cat with a huge sense of pride, and will refuse any help even if the entire burden of the world is thrown at her. Alert and capable, she's captivating in her own way.

- Pride: Her pride can be her downfall. She can't admit the fact that other cats can have better ideas than her, and refuses to show other cats that she's tired.
- Temperamental: She holds her anger during certain events, and blasts it all out unpredictably.
- Jealousy: As much as she hates it, she's jealous of cats with better abilities then her.

-Being in Charge: She loves leading patrols and getting any chance to be in charge.
- Getting it her way: She loves it when her ideas or suggestions are used in the clan.
- Being Praised: It's a secret, but Gingerstep likes being praised. Words of compliments can make her feel happy.
Dislikes:
- Getting her pride hurt: Once her pride is hurt she will--ah well. I'm just going to say a storm is brewing.
- Getting hurt: She hates trips to the medicine den. It takes too much of her time to spend the day resting.
- Flirty male cats: It's just an ew and a no.
Fears:
- That she'll never get her chance to be at least a deputy.
- To one day wake up, and find that her whole clan is gone.
Goals:

-To have a legacyHISTORYNothing out of ordinary, really. Just a Windclan cat born from a loving mother, a loving father and five other siblings... which kind of sucked. (Four brothers. And her only sister was a ditz.) Gingerkit didn't really stick out as a kitten. She wasn't as cheerful as her sister Flosskit, she wasn't as big as her brother Sunkit and she was not as mischievous as Windkit. She wasn't as jumpy as Rabbitkit and she obviously did not have the fear of the color purple like Cloudkit. She was simply a small kit--but not the runt--in a wave of other kits, trying to compete for her parent's attention--and due to her small size, it was easier for her to get knocked around by her other siblings.
Gingerkit yearned for attention ever since she was little.Of course, her mother tried her best to divide her attention for all her six kits, but Gingerkit was always the one who never stuck out. As she wandered out of the nursery for the first time and caught her first glance of the clan leader, she was in awe. Wasn't it amazing to be a clan leader? You are respected, in charge, and loved by everyone! As Gingerkit pondered this on, a thought formed into her head. Why don't she try and be a leader?
She started to get into learning the Warrior Code by heart. As an apprentice, she was always on time, crazy to start her training and working her best, allowing her to enter her first gathering at the age of seven moons together with Sunkit and Windkit. At her first gathering, she nearly clawed the ears off a Shadowclan apprentice who had smirked and wondered whether she was a kit. ("Windclan is now so desperate they bring in kits?") Her siblings that joined the gathering nearly jumped into the fray before being stopped by the mentors and leaders.
It was embarrassing. Really. Gingerkit, who was Gingerpaw by then received a hard punishment and was confined to camp for a moon. Once it was over, she worked harder than ever to catch up with her other siblings. She didn't have any serious incidents after that. As she grew, her popularity grew due to her intelligent and hardworking trait. She was a warrior at the age of seventeen moons, together with Sunkit and Windkit. She earned the name Gingerstep as she always moved forward with new ideas and being fearless in expressing her thoughts.OUT OF CHARACTER
