☀ SPOTTEDPAW ☀
NAME: spottedkit - spottedpaw - spottedtail
GENDER: female
AGE: 11 moons
CLAN: thunderclan
POSITION: apprentice
SHORT DESCRIPTION: lithe she-cat with beautiful green eyes.
APPEARANCE:
Lithe she cat with large round green eyes, and a black nose leading upward toward her ears, orange surrounding her eyes. Her whiskers are long and pure white, matching the white markings on her body. She has a long tail, and body with long legs. Her paw pads are a soft pink, all four paws are white, her back left paw has black markings underneath. Her underbelly is a mix between orange and white. Her fur is rough to the touch, and although the hairs are short it's thick enough to keep her warm during leaf-bare
PERSONALITY:
A loyal she-cat to Thunderclan, determined to prove herself worthy of her position. She respects all life, from the smallest ant to the elders in her clan. Spottedpaw is an analytical cat, constantly trying to figure out the best response to situations, this allows her to be an excellent strategist in battle, using her brain and speed to outsmart whatever threatens her and her clan mates. Spottedpaw is a likable, and social cat, with a skill for being able to hold a conversation with the quietest of cats, she uses this ability to get to know her clan, and stay in the know of what is going on within the clan.
Although Spottedpaw is a kind and likable cat, she isn't perfect. She has a bad temper, although she keeps a pretty good lid on it, she can become quite fearsome when she's angry. The young she-cat has no desire to have a mate in the future, though this may change as she grows up. Her reason for not wanting kits is that she fears loosing the cats she grows close to, and her kits, and although she is naturally a social cat, she rarely allows others to get close to her, reluctant to experience the pain of loss again after the death of her brother.
HISTORY:
Born to Specklepelt and Foxstep of Thunderclan, in a small litter of two, herself and her brother - Oakkit, who had a red / brown coat with white paws and chest, a similar appearace to that of their father. Spottedkit resembled her mother, with the same tortoiseshell pelt. Oakkit was the strongest kit of the litter, with his outgoing personality, he led Spottedkit around the camp as if he was warrior even though he was just as clueless as his sister. He'd spend hours telling Spottedkit that when he became leader he would make her the Deputy and lead the clan into an era of strength, Spottedkit at the time, uninterested in becoming a leader or deputy used to protest claiming she only wished to serve as a warrior, only to be hushed by her brother as his imagination roamed free.
When the pair were apprenticed they remained close, spending their spare time sharing tongues, or napping with their nests pushed close. They were an incredible force when side by side in battle training, and in the few border scuffles they were apart of, they acted as one cat battling. In their first battle together, their father was killed by a loner when hunting on his own, it was Oakpaw who had found the body near Sunningrocks. Spottedpaw, Oakpaw and Specklepelt mourned the loss of Foxstep together. When Goldentail - who was Oakpaws mentor retired to the Elders den, Oakpaw spent a few moons of his training under the guidance of Spottedpaws mentor - Talonclaw. Oakpaw lost his life in a rough leaf-bare to greencough, with no catnip left, destroyed from the frost, Oakpaw passed away leaving Spottedpaw with only her mother left as kin, though as sickly and old as she was, Spottedpaw feared for her life. Grief almost overtook Spottedpaw, her duties to her clan kept her grounded, although you could see a significant change in the young she-cat at this time, she was quiet and unsocial, spending time only with her mother until she passed away.
After this Spottedpaw continued her training with Talonclaw, although she was upset about the loss of her family they small apprentice was determined to make her kin proud of her by becoming the best warrior she could be. Although Spottedpaw is still clearly in mourning of her family, she has maintained her determination to make them proud and soon became her usual chatty self a short time after her mothers passing.
