He looks like some sort of tough cat, with broad shoulders, sharp claws and rippling muscles. Foxstride appears powerful. But that is entirely in appearance, and if it weren't for a gentle gleam in his eyes, Foxstride might have even been considered scary to some cats. His green eyes hold a gentle gleam, that can clue another cat into his gentleness. Foxstride is an average sized tom with sleek, average length fur. His ears has several nicks that no cat seems to know the origin of. He has a very bushy, fox like tail, which is what earned Foxstride part of his name.
personality:
Foxstride, is in general, a kind tom who lacks the fierceness of a normal Shadowclan warrior. Apparently, this doesn't bother him in the slightest. He would much rather be himself than try to be a cat he wasn't. This being said, Foxstride is very confident with himself and is happy to just be himself. A gentle tom who loves to play with kits. Romantically, Foxstride feels he is much to immature for a relationship, despite how great he is with kits.
Due to his gentle nature, Foxstride isn't a fighter and he is often questioned about why he chose the warriors life, if he isn't a fighter. Foxstride already has an answer, and gives the same answer every time. He doesn't like fighting, but if it means protecting his clan, his friends and his family, then Foxstride would gladly fight. This philosophy of his is likely why Frogfire never liked him, and why Foxstride greatly disliked his moody mentor.

From their days in the nursery, to becoming warriors Emberheart and Stonecall were inseparable. They were born three days apart, but still became apprentices, and then warriors in joint ceremonies. Every cat knew for a fact, that these two would be mates. That is how in love the two were. So nobody was surprise when they announced Emberheart's pregnancy. Once she moved into the nursery, Stonecall spent most of his free time in there with her. He would bring her prey, and honestly it was the sweetest thing any cat had seen. Their first litter consisted of three cats, two toms and a she-kit. Foxkit was the second born, and the strongest of the three. His brother, Slatekit was the first born and also quite strong. Their sister, Cinderkit, was the third born and smaller and weaker than the two.
The three were often causing troubles for Shadowclan, getting into all kinds of mischief. Cinderkit was the leader, often being the most rambunctious, with Slatekit a close second. Foxkit was more reserved than his littermates, but still managed to get into just as much trouble. The clan was relieved when they were named apprentices, hoping their endless energy would be poured into their training, which it was. Foxpaw was mentored by a tom named Frogfire, a tom with a very fierce temper. They got along alright, but Foxpaw never got along well with his mentor.
After a few moons of being an apprentice, Emberheart moved back into the nursery expecting a second litter. Foxpaw took to visiting his mother when he could, excited at the thought of having younger siblings. His warrior ceremony came as a relief, Foxstride would no long have to deal with Fogfire and would have more time to visit Emberheart and his new siblings, Shinekit, Ashkit, Bearkit, and Silverkit. Foxstride, Cindersong, Slatecall and Stonecall all took turns visiting and entertain the kits up until their apprenticeship. Now the entire family is just close with one another, and wherever one member is, another is surely not to far away.
